My primary market area is Cuyahoga Falls and Stow Ohio and surrounding communities of Summit County. I represent sellers and I also represent buyers. Although I have worked in virtually all price ranges with listings and transactions in recent years from less than $10,000 to over $1,000,000. The majority of my business is in the $100,000 to $400,000 price range.
